83 year-old woman who originally had a jejunal feeding tube placed surgically. An attempt had been made to insert a replacement tube through the original stoma. There was uncertainty regarding the adequacy of this replacement, and we were asked to evaluate the position of the tube. Endoscopy revealed that the tube entered and exited the jejunum. The patient subsequently underwent surgical correction.
