Duodenal Ulcer

56 year-old woman with dysphagia (difficulty swallowing) and odynophagia (painful swallowing). In addition to severe inflammation of the esophagus (which accounted for her symptoms), endoscopy also demonstrated these two ulcers in the duodenal bulb.

66 year-old man taking anti-arthritis medication, who presented with upper gastrointestinal tract bleeding. Endoscopy demonstrated two large ulcers in the duodenal bulb, with surrounding duodenitis.
