Barrett's Ulcers

Left: Two discrete benign ulcers (at 6 o'clock position and a smaller ulcer at 1 o'clock) arising in the distal esophagus in a 56 year-old man with Barrett's disease.
Right: Larger, serpiginous ulceration, with mild stricture formation and bleeding, at the squamocolumnar junction in this patient with Barrett's esophagus.
