71 year-old man with longstanding gastroesophageal reflux. Endoscopy revealed Barrett's disease, with a slightly raised mucosal lesion (at 9:00 o'clock position) suspicious for malignancy; biopsies revealed high-grade dysplasia but no frank carcinoma.
