Gastroesophageal Intussusception




41 year-old man undergoing endoscopy for evaluation of abdominal and non-cardiac chest pain. During endoscopy he developed uncontrolled retching, during which time a large fold of gastric mucosa repeatedly herniated upward into the esophagus. Left: Esophageal view of herniated fold.
