1. Continue your regular diet through lunch the day before your procedure.

2. At 5 PM, you may have a clear liquid dinner and you must drink 1-1/2 ounces of Fleet Phospho-Soda (This is a laxative that is available at your local pharmacy.)

3. At bedtime, give yourself 1 Fleet Enema.

4. On the morning of your procedure, you must give yourself one more Fleet Enema about 1 hour before coming to the office. Also, you are allowed no solid foods but may have 1 beverage (clear liquid) of your choice.

PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED PROCEDURE.

WEAR LOOSE-FITTING CLOTHING SUCH AS SWEAT PANTS.

YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DRIVE YOURSELF HOME AFTER THE TEST. THE TEST ONLY TAKES ABOUT 10 MINUTES.

Strained juices without pulp, such as apple juice, white grape juice, lemonade, water, clear broth or bouillon, coffee or tea (without milk), Gatorade, soda, Jell-O, Popsicles. NO LIQUIDS THAT ARE COLORED RED OR PURPLE ARE ALLOWED.
