Gastric Volvulus

79 year-old woman with protracted vomiting. Abdominal x-ray demonstrated a large hiatal hernia with one definite, and possibly two, air-fluid levels. Endoscopy confirmed the suspicion of gastric volvulus. Endoscopy only partially reduced the volvulus, and she subsequently underwent surgical correction.
